  • Spot weight reduction is a myth! You lose weight all over your body at the same time. In other words, it matters not one bit how many sit-ups or crunches you do. The only way to lose weight in any area is to burn more calories than you eat.

The rate of weight loss varies for everyone. Some will see results right away while others may not see if for a few weeks. It is important to stay consistent and stay on your plan for at least 3 to 4 weeks. You should definitely see results by then.

With a slower than normal basal metabolic rate it becomes nearly impossible to to lose weight. The key here is to have a consistent caloric deficit without starving your body. That means that you have to consume at least 1,000 to 1,200 calories per day no matter what.
